1. How can I place an order?

Browse our products, add your favorite items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available but you need to pay advance payment off 100 remain will on delivery  on eligible orders and locations.

3. How long does delivery take?

We ship orders through India Post Parcel Service. Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days after dispatch.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To request cancellation, send your **Order Number **on WhatsApp to 9112910081.

6. Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Are earrings (Bali) and cosmetics returnable?

No. For hygiene reasons, earrings (Bali), nose pins, and opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and share your Order ID, product photos, and an unboxing video (if available).

9. Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we deliver to most locations across India through India Post.
