Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please send a message on WhatsApp with your Order ID as soon as possible.

Our team will verify your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No charges will apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
