Welcome to Gopala Fashion Hub. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase or Order ID is required.

  • An unboxing video is recommended for damaged or wrong product claims.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Earrings (Bali), nose pins, and other pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

  • Cosmetics and beauty products once opened or used.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

  • Gift cards and customized products.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI after verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
